Serious bugs and glitches

The game is going seriously wrong...Someday it will give me a heart attack....Seems to be too much annoying game and I'm wasting my time ...Although I have taken this game as a serious one I think it's becoming worse and worst.1 week ago I faced a serious problem with my mastery cores.Now I purchased 5 arena crystals and when I was going to spin it error occurs and all 5 crystals vanished.Noneof the quest even the arena battle is not offering any gold.Please fix it ...Am I the only victim or Kabam don't want me to play the game....Please otherwise fix ....Or
