Hit Monkey/ Deadpool synergy not working?

Hello, Hope Im posting this in the right area.
So I noticed something with one of Hit Monkeys synergies with deadpool that it is supposed to deal a burst of passive bleed damage if they failed to apply because of an Immunity. IDK but it doesn’t seem like it’s working at all. They should showing up as red numbers right? Any answers to this question will be much appreciated

A bleed immune will not be effected by both passive and debuff effect.
Read this you'll understand.

Edit:

Vision's description says he is immune to bleed effects(that is both passive and debuff).

Alright cool understand that, so the same thing happened with king groot and groot

Yes they work similarly. Both have full bleed immunity which means they are immune to both passive and debuff bleed effect.

So what situation is this synergy actually useful then?
