Seems to be a bug similar to some alliances matching in war and some not

top 1500 ally and still waiting. i know it usually takes a little while but never this long

as this game grows up, the delivery guy for AQ becomes busier more than usual cause the increases of customers to be served.

They are late. Again. I think this is the third time in a row they are late
