One possibility (if it wasn’t right after your last real war ended that you checked, but also much later well after all of the wars ended and into the next wars matching and defense placement)...Could be since Tiers are technically based on “Percentage” that your ally is relative to how many Ally's exist (unlike final Medal Ranks, which are Fixed-Number of Slots). That you were close enough to bottom of the Tier, and since then enough NEW Ally's have been created, could result in being dragged down a tiny bit for those right on the edge.Hadn’t thought of that before, but could account for a few other posts from time to time here (besides the normal being matched against a cross-tier opponent).Maybe New Alliances shouldn’t be counting towards the 100% Tier Breakdown until they have finished their first War Season.
Ours dropped from tier 5 to tier 6.We were matched in a tier 5 war for both wars 7 and 8 before they were cancelled. And yes, we won war 6
Our AW tier dropped from tier 5 to tier 6 sometime during this war hiatus. We had matched in tier 5 for wars 7 and 8 prior to their cancellation, and had won war 6. Now the war room shows us in tier 6!
