Need help deciding who to upgrade first

I’m torn between Cap IW 6* and Guilly 2099 5*. Both are UNDUPED otherwise I’d go Cap no question.

    Go with guillotine 2099, cap iw loses a lot of his utility without the Sig

    What content are you targeting? Do you need immunities? Do you have a 5* CapIW?

    If you are in act 6 then guillotine 2099 has more utility and use. If just act 5 then capiw should be enough even unduped. Guillotine 2099 can cover more nodes in their unduped states though

    I’m lookin to finish up act 6 and then tackle Labyrinth. No 5* cap.
