ISO: active 200k+ players for discord-based 12.6M alliance

Hello, and thank you for reading! We're seeking at least two new members to join our alliance, [db4e].
We typically run Map 5/Map 3 (more groups with more participation) with modifiers and during war season we run 2 battle groups. Off-season we may run 1-2 groups depending on interest. AQ is mandatory, AW is optional but strongly encouraged (particularly for stronger players).
Our latest showing for AQ was 47mil. Our latest placement for AW was Silver II, although we bounce between Silver I and Silver II depending on participation in any given season. We hope to place in Silver I again and we make an effort to make sure everyone gets season rewards if they want to participate. The goal for next season is to go into it strong and get Gold III.
Who are we looking for? People who participate, primarily. Our average alliance member rating is 450k between the existing 28 members, but we are willing to help build up established players at a lower rating: If you're around or above 150-200k, please feel free to join our server on Discord and/or message me in game.
