2 of my Alliance Mates can't Even Log In

So basically starting yesterday 2 of the people from my alliance were BARRED from the game. Both of them tried numerous steps to fix it such as restarting thier phone, trying to log in on a different device, and even uninstalling the app. The last one resulted in both of them having the in game download timer say it would take OVER 30,000 minutes. We know that these are not network issues since they both tried using different strong networks to sign in. And it's not a device problem either since both of them used multiple devices to attempt the log in. Was anyone else having this issue? Is there a way to fix it? If not, kabam please fix at least this. I dont mind the other glitches since it's a fun game but people not even being able to log into thier account is unacceptable.
