Reward for those that have completed LOL and AOL?

Maybe I am wrong... but I'm sure I read that in August that those who have beaten LOL and AOL will be getting a special reward, but I can't find this announcement on the forum anywhere. From memory it is supposed to be late August, anyone clarify this?

    I think Everyone gets the reward to commemorate the first people to finish LOL and AOL.
