Quake Bug against Heavy Hitter

This has happened to me against Doom in AQ Map 6 before and I've been trying to recreate it on video ever since. Basically, if the opponent has heavy hitter and the opponent is throwing a heavy at the moment your Aftershock charges expire, the opponent stays unstoppable for the rest of the fight. I don't want to upload the whole thing to YouTube, so I made a gif:
