Timeout just after entering the boss fight in AQ Map5

When I start the final Boss
fight in AQ map5 just as I enter the fight, it says timed out and I lose 50% health.

I was using a 5* black widow claire voyant

Game Mode: AQ Map 5 final boss fight
Game version: 27.2 or whatever is the latest as on 30 July 2020.
Device: Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2
Android version: 9
Carrier: Jio (india)

Happen on both mobile data and wifi.
