Connection issue still? [Perhaps only on Android?]

I'm using Oppo Reno 2 (an Android)

Here are some recent pics less than 10 mins ago whenever I tried to do something in the game.

I have reset the game and WiFi multiple times but to no success.

I lose connection, restart the game and lose connection over and over...

Same here, android device (galaxy s8+). Getting annoying and now it cost me an attack bonus in war and half my health.

So frustrating. Game is unplayable. They give out compensation but this bug is by far the worst I have encountered and there is basically no response by anyone from kabam except asking for phone models. Phone models are not the issue. Give us a real answer.
