On a scale of 1-10 how effective is Cyclops?

He's a bit like wooden shoes or any other thing that is outdated and rarely used.
Some people think he's great but, you're not gonna find many of them.

IDK why people make him out bad.

He is a Great Havok Counter
His sp1 gives Crit And Armor Break.
I have a 6* r1 lvl 1 /25 after sp1 his hits are 4.8k Mediums.
He Crit On Blocks and When Duped He has unblockable Specials after 15 hits.

He can actually hit quite hard if you use him on power reserve since he will stack more armor breaks thus doing more damage. He aint top but he is usefull. Better damage than Cable , Beast , YJ etc

Cyclops has crit through block, unblockable specials, havok counter, ghost counter....
Best champ in the game other than lord groot

Why do you think? The answer is so clear, of course Cyclops is effective. Those people who voted for 10, 10 or 10 clearly don't use him in AQ, AW, Story or EQ.
