Game Team forget something!!!!

Hey guys, I requested THE GAME TEAM about my lost 25000 5- star shards.
They simply ignored my message.
When the game in STABILITY ISSUES,
I opened a 5-star crystal and 5-star featured crystal, after opening the both champions has not added to roster.I have send a message to the Game TEAM. Please send back 5-star TIGRA and 5-star BLACK PANTHER {CW}.
1 week is over but GAME TEAM has not send my champions back.
Please help me guys for fighting this issue.

There is a massive lack of evidence here, please provide proper evidence such as screenshots or recordings of you pulling those champs. Anyone can just say ohh kabam took away my ghost I want her back.

He doesn't need evidence. They can see who he opened and his crystal count. Any time you don't get a reward and you open a ticket, at least for me, they were able to view my inventory and when everything was obtained and used.
