Rebuilding Casual Alliance - Looking for players

We are an alliance currently rebuilding and looking for players for active players who want to participate in AW & AQ.
In the current phase of rebuilding we are looking to get our numbers up to between 15 & 20 players, to compete within 1BG in both AQ and AW. We appreciate that people have lives outside of the game and can not always commit which is why we plan to only going to run 1BG giving us some flexibility.
