Selling from overflow

Why can’t we sell items from our overflow? It would be so much easier to sell ISO’s from overflow. So much involved just to sell - click inventory, click ISO’s, click sell, click overflow, claim then back; just to be able to sell 10 more and all over again. Why can’t it just be simple?
