Looking to recruit officers for a 4mil alliance

We got a very cool and laid back alliance, we are growing nicely, winning wars currently tier 11, we play AQ map 43322, we use line to communicate.

We are looking for a couple of officers to lead one of our BGs, they must be active, skilled players above 100k PI, able to rally the troops and organize team effort in AQ and AW.

    I'm willing to join your alliance I'm not 100k ATM but I'm 70k and know how all the nodes work and have amazing defender placement.
    Just left my other alliance that was 4.3m because they weren't proactive enough as I was.
