Not really , it depends on his roster and item stash. Cav can be extremely cheap since the only two problem fights are the Ultron in .2 and the crossbones in .5.

Looks a bit difficult but if you can ramp her up then morningstar can do crossbones

Man-Thing, being immune to bleed, will probably be your best option for .5 Biohazard Crossbones, maybe use some boost to be sure to outdamage his regen.
For the rest of the chapter you have a very good roster with champions that can easily do it, like Doom, Hype, Cap and Blade. You'll probably use some boost or few revives, but you shouldn't have problems!
