Two star featured crystal.

4,000 PHC shards, with some rare two stars along with the featured ones. Be a great way to build a solid two star roster for beginners, and collectors can get the new champs as two stars.

    Yeah, PHC crystals are bad anyways (except for the occasional iso). Let us use those shards for anything else.

    I'd rather be able to get a 1* crystal with PHC shards than any more 2*s
