Black WIdow (Claire Voyant) Buff Immunity Bug?

I threw my special 2 against the 5.3.4 hyperion boss and he has a power gain up while the buff immunity is up. Is this a bug?

I've just 100% that quest, fighting him with Claire too, but that never happened to me any of the times I did the fight. That's odd, did it trigger during the buff immunity or was it there when the buff immunity was placed? Either way it shouldn't happen but the more details the better.

I think the special 2 was thrown when the power gain was already up.
I've heard that bugs tend to happen whenever an update comes out, so i'll give it some time.

Ultron regens on energy attack hits

Doesn’t say but BWCV deals energy damage
It says in her description that she deals energy damage on basic hits

When she was released It didn’t say it I believe
