LF alliance with AW which also matches my activity in alliance events

I save my crystals and items for alliance events, and grind arena/quests plus always press the request for help button. Looking for an alliance that matches my level of activity:
SA: 10k to 45k

My champs aren't great so my AW defence is very lacking. Make up for it with my attack kills: 2 to 10 per game in Silver 2 Intermediate

I have only done maps 1-3 for AQ, never attempted 4 or anything higher.
I have line and discord for any communication requirements. Line and iGN is zatbust
I don't want to be in a position where I switch alliance and then learn that my previous one was more active then have to go back.
So I need to be sure of a few things before I switch:
1. AW at least 2 bgs and AQ 3 bgs
2. All Alliance event rank rewards are achieved and that I won't be leading in all the alliance events (excluding completion)
3. There are many arena grinders and they also request for help so that I'm not the only one.
Not requirements, but prefer:
1. AW maps with 9 lanes over 6 lanes
2. Alliance that doesn't use 3rd party messaging apps
