How do i save my account? help please!

I want to save my account but i cant because! kabam gives an offer at the start to save the account and get premium crystal well my brother closed that offer and did not do it. so now i do not know how to save my account. please if anyone can help.

    I don't recall having such an offer when I joined years ago. Maybe it's a new thingy

    My suggestion would be to Try logging into your account and the forgot password option. This should get you start on contacting Kabam.
