Heralds of Galactus difficulty setting

has this been turned up too high because I've just entered Master to check on the difficulty and was left stunned with what I saw. 20k boss in Master! I get it, you've compensated for herald but this just seems like a bit too far

The eq boss in master is commonly around that area. Why shouldn't the side quest also have the same difficulty

I don't have a problem with it being the difficulty it is as rewards are pretty good but last months epic side quest had a number of paths that were easier than this ones master. I think a little more consistency in difficulty would be nice regardless of how difficult its decided each one should be.
