Speaking as a frequent user of the Winter Soldier punching bag, I was wondering whether or not future buffs will effect RoL and LoL. I'm pretty sure that Red Hulk (LoL) is still pre-update, but just wanted to make sure that new buffs would not apply to any and all champions who get buffed.

    Rol lol and abyss will just have animation updates rather than ability ones if there are changes like they always have probably
