How to get t4cc from map 5 crystal? ?

Hi guys I opened several map 5 crystal but never got t4cc ever. I'm uncollected title holder but never get any t4cc from map 5 crystal until now. My friends opened 2 or 3 crystal and got t4cc. Is kabam hate me. Kabam show some love towards my account I'm stuck in upgrading champs.
