Symbiote supreme or stealth spidey

Soooo I didn't realize how useful sym supreme was in the herald of Galactus difficulty. He's a rank 4 duped 5*. I also have a 6* unduped stealth Spidey. Should I rank 5 sym supreme or rank 2 my stealth Spidey ? Pls help
