Or the more reasonable answer is one piece of code wasn't playing nicely with another piece.

Considering that each month they're piling new code onto years of existing code, its hardly surprising.

I fought the same AQ map these two days and the change is obvious before and after the fix, now the AI back to normal. No more strange stop without any block and then suddenly move.
