Game crashes

I've repeatedly placed tickets about the game crash issue going back as far as March... with each game update the issue only seems to get worse. Before it was sporadic and occurred only during arena fights with my 4* Thing and 5* Dr Doom ..... now it occurs everywhere with increasing regularity... from Story quest to Arena bouts.... whether I or the defender launches a special... even if I have not taken a hit...it also occurs on the champions screen as I'm upgrading or leveling up a champion

Exactly the same problem at my end too. Earlier it was with only arenas and now occurs in all the modes. With Thing's sp1 and doom's sp2 the screen almost freezes for 2-3 secs. I have several videos to show this. It's getting worser day by day.
