Are the max sig crystals missing?

I spun the cosmic cavalier crystal and got a 4*gamora and she was at max sig but I didn't get the crystal.
Anyone else has this happen to them?

    I'm 100 % as it showed the crystal (max) with the gold , iso and 5* shards
