Rank Up Doubt! Which do I go for?

Hi Guys, have been having a doubt ever since I pulled a 5* Star Lord. Should I Rank him up to R3/L45 or Mysterio? Suggestions welcome

Star Lord is basically useless unawakened whereas Mysterio still has utility and damage potential without it.
