How do you get more titles?

I have Summoner Supreme but I want to know how to get more titles.

If you are referring to title such as challenger proven etc then you have to complete acts 1-6 if you are referring to other titles besides that you must 100% heroic and master event quest

they have titles every month from eq and occasionally titles in the side quest. also the progression titles

Beginner - herioc gives a common title, master gives uncommon.
