who is the best meme tier character?

in my opinion I think Venompool is the best meme tier character, at least he has a very good regeneration and bleeding

    His damage is very low and while his pacifists fall off becomes some kind of average.
    But, bleed immune, stun immune and absorbs debuffs fast.
    Still a good defender on specific nodes.
    In my opinion a champ with this utility is surely not the worst champ or even the worst cosmic, as many people mistakenly believe.
    He is bad, but he is not the worse 😉

    MK can stack bleeds now so he's slightly better
