Sunday Free for all daily quest change

Hey , as now when we have autocollect in daily quests , I was thinking about something else .
Every Day we can go to daily quests and collect t4cc fragments. Why on sunday is this weird free for all quest .
Would not be better to do over there T1A and t2A daily quests ? I would use it way more often.
