Flux Dispersal is Bugged

Variant 5 on the Flux path, fought a quake perfectly, then on to ghost where i would land a heavy and the charges wouldn't reset. Tried again, same thing.

I closed the quest, and tried yet again, and the same thing happened on Quake. Please correct. Was using Stark Spiderman, and Venom.

    Did you have the mitosis(?) buff active when you tried to remove them? Since it reduces DAA by 1000%, it actually bypasses the node.

    Yep, it works when the global is not active.. I can't imagine that's intended though that the defender cannot remove the charges while its active.
