MCOC on iPod Touch

The game is starting to run slowly on my phone. I have no intention of upgrading my phone anytime soon. However, my old iPhone that I use for music in my car has recently died. I was thinking of just getting an ipod touch. I've heard conflicting things about MCOC working on an iPod. Does anyone know if it works or not. It would be a 6th generation iPod if that helps.

Well definitely compare the processor between the two. IPod touch has an A8 which is lower than iPhone 6s/SE A9.

My understanding is that iPod touches are not supported devices.

Dammit, I thought I didn't post that. According to the App Store touches are supported.

Yeah I have a brand new touch and it has the game. Other than a smaller screen I'd say it works pretty well

Ditto waffle. My iPod touch 5th gen works the best. Have an s8 and iPhone 6 and the touch runs near perfect. Don't get it
