Luke cage power reversal bug

So just took my luke cage to r5 and wanted to test him out some on improved power gain. He should reverse enemies power gain at 5 exhaustion debuffs but it took 10 before it happend. Please look into as its one of his most important utilties

Flat values, improved power gain means they have more than 100%, so say it’s 100% improved, they have 200%, each exhaustion removes 25% so it would take 8 to reduce it to 0 and 9 to reverse

On improved power gain nodes, you need more exhaustion debuffs to reverse the power gain. So if it’s 100% Improved power gain, you do need ten to reverse it since the opponent has a 200% power gain rate. This is the intended interaction and not a bug.

I do wonder if the power gain would be reduced the more exhaustion debuff applied in the improved power gain node fight?
