Blade debuff shrug off

Is Blade's ability to shrug off debuffs faster affected by AAR? Because in the Symbiote chapter of Variant 5 with the genetic recalibration buff active he still shrugs off debuffs like normal; so I was wondering if that ability is immune to AAR.

    Ability accuracy won't do anything for his ability to reduce the duration of debuffs on him
