Which one drops today? I can’t remember the cycle

    The cycle is like the class daily quests Mutant/Skill, Science/Mystic and Cosmic/Tech.

    Mutant/Skill crystal started this afternoon.

    And no, they are not sync'd to the Class going on in the Daily Class Cat Quests (except for the relative order, being in order of the general Class Advantage Wheel).
