I need help with transferring my old account data off google play games onto my iPhone.ive tried many times to make a kabam account but it keeps saying account already linked ?? And I'm confused

(I seem to remember the wording for one of the “Already Exists” type of pop-up boxes is maybe not as clear as it should be as to which response buttons will do what though).
