Missing AQ rewards and the most unhelpful support ever

Following the last AQ which just ended, we had a very unusual issue show up. Having completed the last battlegroup, the points were not adding to the final tally. We killed Dormammu with just 3 minutes left on the clock and 100% complete, but no points for the last 15 minutes were added.
We went into that with 78m points and it didn't change until after the entire reward payment was sent for placement in expert tier. It then jumped up to 79.8m. This wouldn't be an issue except that the AQ didn't reward us the map5 crystal for completion. It just sent the t4CC shard crystal for beating Dormammu. So we were down on that as well as BC and GOLD.
Having written to support they agree we beat the map 100% but said it paid out as expected. Literally the most frustrating support ever, they see the issue and yet agree we shouldn't have the rewards. This isn't first time either. We had a milestone not payout for the same reason. Your support needs to think about how they reply to emails as their replies are ridiculous
