Proposed change to Dexterity
I am just wondering...
Wouldn't it be a good idea to change dexterity in a way, that the crit-Buff doesn't RE-apply?
I mean that if you evade, you only gain a crit-Buff, if you didn't already have one before the evade... I think this would solve most of the issues that are brought forward with regard to Mystic Dispersion and Dormammu in AW...
I am not sure, if there was a dedicated thread for this suggestion, so happy to discuss...
