Have been waiting for five days for the level up event. Other events are coming and going but level up event. Finally stacked isos for ranking some fivestars and this happens.

The cycle is random. Wait until one ends for the other one to start, which can or not be the event you are looking for

Ir popped up today. Ya the cycle is random but the level up event will always pop up in definite interval. A video was also made about this issue by proff Hoff
