Try watching youtube videos of seatin , legacy , etc. He can be helpful in aw defence but dont rank him more than rank4 for offence.

@PokemonLover he is a low demi god tier in offense but a god-tier in defense and please try to keep him in rank 3 or rank 2 for the time being because there are chances as you may get a better 4 star plus he is good if you heavy attack, so you will love the incinerate damage and his sp2 and 1, is great probably a good helper he is
