Dual class five star crystals not giving combat event points

As mentioned in title, the new dual class crystals are not rewarding points towards class combat solo event milestones. I submitted a ticket and was told that this is because those crystals are not listed as ones that give points for the event... shouldn’t they be? I missed out on that final milestone attack boost because of it so am a bit salty
