for rewards, for sure 5.4
i finished exploration with 5.2.6 quest. also because i wanted to receive rewards for act 5 100% after defeating the collector 🤣

i think Medusa as 5/50 would work against ultron as long as you're careful when applying armor break debuffs to get him armor shattered
sunspot could work against mephisto
