Maybe shocker with immortal synergy getting a sp3 might lead to unexpected results, like heavy damage to surfer. I dont know, just a theory !!

    But how do you intend do deal a proper amount of damage with that?
    You will only deal something like, 10k or so. Electro doesn't have 1.3kk health

    Well shocker is a marvel character as he made a appearance in spiderman homecoming but his not in the game yet
