Maybe shocker with immortal synergy getting a sp3 might lead to unexpected results, like heavy damage to surfer. I dont know, just a theory !!

    If he stays alive, i guess it does!! And yes, its electro, my bad ! For me, he’s always shocker coz dude looks and hits more like a shocker than an electro !! Electro would be op if introduced

    But how do you intend do deal a proper amount of damage with that?
    You will only deal something like, 10k or so. Electro doesn't have 1.3kk health

    Well shocker is a marvel character as he made a appearance in spiderman homecoming but his not in the game yet
