Captain America infinity war broken in show up silver surfer fight

Captain America infinity war was supposed to get power gain from power draw node but he wasn't getting the power gain I don't know if this is a bug or node interaction

Power draw is basically useless unless you plan to get hit. 10% isn’t enough to make a difference in parry Since it defensive combat power rate
