Will Iceman energy damage scale with boost?

Hey guys, I tested myself but couldn't find the answer so here is the question.
In Iceman signature ability it states that Iceman deals x amount of energy damage over 12 seconds, I wonder if this energy damage goes to higher amount if I use boost such as attack boost or it stays the same?
