Show Up Compensation

I’m glad the difficulty of the show up event was reduced. But HOURS prior to that announcement I had finished it. I managed to take off a million health in one attempt finally and decided to revive and go again. 5 revives and numerous potions later it was done. I had backed out and redone it so many times and was so frustrated that I just decided to power through. So, are there any plans to compensate those players that completed the show up difficulty prior to the “nerf?” Bc my 5 and 6* roster could have done this reduced version itemless.

The problem is that its been acknowledged multiple times already. It'll come. Relax.

this is like the twenty compensation post I’ve seen. I’m not saying it shouldn’t happen, I’m just tired of people making these posts. Miike has said compensation has been brought up with the team, people need to be patient.

I’m sure just like every other thread that you have seen, I created this because I saw no official word from Kabam regarding this topic. It’s wonderful that we all are talking about it and agree that it should exist but until Kabam acknowledges it and officially says that it is going to happen, the community needs to keep pushing.

It's not required. You want it because you rushed in and wasted resources. Live with it.

Just because kabam said they will look into compensation, doesn't mean they will give it, yet alone give enough to stop the whining.

Making multiple posts about the same thing doesn't make it more important! There's a Show Up Feedback thread almost at the top of the list, if you would have done any kind of effort looking into that you would have seen Kabam's responses!

I don't agree at all. I don't think we need it and I hope we don't get it. I would love, however, for Kabam to track everyone who starts another compensation thread and make sure their next 5* is Netflix Daredevil

Sorry buddy, I’m going to have to side with Kabam. They did a nice thing for people, and I don’t think we should cause them to second guess making changes to content in the future by making a fuss.

If something seems hard in the future, give it a week or so- sometimes it gets changed. You’re active in the forums, so you had to know people weren’t thrilled with the difficult, and that Kabam has been trying to be more responsive to the feedback from the community.

If you’re hard up for units, try a week of arena.

If you’re an end game player, then you likely had an abundance of rank up resources anyway on top of getting 500k gold from completing the content. Congrats on your new 5/50 Medusa?

Just like you pushed to have content reduced to nothing so you can beat it without skills? I don't know why you say "we all agree" because that's just an outright lie. Choosing not to back out and power through with items was a choice to content that is 100% optional and it's free energy. You shouldn't be compensated for that.

If your willing to rank up champions for story content 2hich is permanent and can be done anytime, why wouldn't you be willing to rank up a champion for this event? One of the best counters is Medusa. She can be used in plenty of areas.

You got the nerf to the fight to happen, that should be compensation enough.

Think about differently, the next 2 fights will be nerfed so u saved some items from the nerf xD

I finish it myself 1 hour before the announcement 😂 but it is what it is.

Unfortunately, this is where the game is at, folks wanting god tier with every pull because they think that is what will get them through. They don't want to build their skills, they want quick and easy, and if they don't get it, they **** endlessly!! IMO, it's really killed the game that kabam has coddled to those types.

Just give us a damn title and be done with it. It is optional content and it was your choice to use any items. Before you go saying “oh well that’s easy for you to say” I spent a revive (40 units) on top of a 20% champion, health, attack and more boosts.

I spent them bc I needed gold for a rank up and I thought it was worth the items. Yes I’m annoyed that I could have done it later on and with less items. Do I feel I need to be compensated, no. It was my choice. Do I feel like a cool title will be a nice thing for kabam to give players who did it on hard mode, yes.

And I’m not asking for the Legends title or anything. But something like “Show-Up speedrunner” or “Destroyer of side events”

It's not required. You want it because you rushed in and wasted resources. Live with it.

Same as aol compensation - people rushed and had to fight some stringer opponents. That's one of those things that justify compensation in that game

Perhaps they should focus on getting things right in the first place. That way no one would be justified asking for compensation.

Well first off in this case Kabam wasn't wrong. People didn't read, couldn't comprehend and most just looked at the fight and didn't want to do it. There wasn't anything wrong with the fight. But people think that Kabam needs to make all the content easy and without thinking about it.

I honestly don't think compensation is needed. The fight was released as they had advertised it and you did not need to us resources to beat it. You could have kept goin until you finally were able to beat it free of revives or pots.

I don’t disagree. But now the fight is a cake walk. And those who do it after me are getting the same rewards with a significantly easier challenge. So I was just hoping for a little something. But, as evidenced by the replies in this thread, wanting that means I suck at the game and that I’m a big cry baby. Dems da breaks I reckon.
