Is it time for Kabam to seriously start thinking about 5* Basic arena?

People always asked Kabam to add a 5* arena and I always thought that it was too early but now I kinda fell like its needed because of the Cavalier difficulty coming in September and ACT 7 in probably around December plus ACT 6 (for those who didnt explore it). Those things require so many 5* champs without even counting Synergies. I would be perfectly fine if the decide to go with only 5% of players get a 5* champion instead of 10%. I'm for example constantly dupping same 5*s instead of getting new ones despide the fact that I'm still missing more then 30% of champs from a basic pool.
Plus when we are talking about the arena I kinda think that 4* Featured should also be switched to top 5% instead of top 800 since 4*s are losing their value nowadays.
