What does kabam do for fun?

As creators of a game, one would figure that kabam employees are fun loving people. However, the designs of various content that is supposed to be fun (6.2, v1, show up difficultypre-nerf...) seem to show that they have a different idea of fun than most people.
What do you folks think kabam employees do for fun in their spare time? Self flagellation, forum trolling, swatting, stealing little kids lunch money? Feel free to share what you think puts a smile on the faces of kabam employees.
